Jim MacNee brings more than four decades of international medical device industry experience to USDeviceAgent.com.

 

Jim began his medical device career with Allied Healthcare Products, Inc., where he served as Vice President and a member of the senior management team. During his tenure, he helped grow the business from approximately $48 million to nearly $120 million and participated in taking the company public.

 

In recognition of his leadership and contributions, Allied's Board of Directors appointed Jim General Manager of its newly acquired company, Bear Medical Systems, Inc. There, his ability to build, recruit, and retain an exceptional team contributed to the successful growth and subsequent sale of the business. In less than three years, an operation acquired for less than $20 million was sold for more than $36 million.

 

Following the sale of Bear Medical Systems, Jim accepted a short-term assignment as President of a plastics company recently acquired by Summa Industries.

In 1999, Jim left the corporate environment to bring his medical device, international business, and executive leadership experience to a broader range of organizations. In 2002, that experience led to the founding of USDeviceAgent.com, providing foreign medical device manufacturers with experienced U.S. Agent support and assistance in navigating FDA requirements.
